National Training Course on Best Practices in Financial Management and Planning of the Workers’ Party – Marcelo Arruda
Organized by: National Secretariat for Political Training of the PT, National Secretariat for Finance and Planning of the PT, National School of Training of the PT, and Fundação Perseu Abramo
Course Objective: To develop competencies in party financial management, with emphasis on political responsibilities, updates in control systems, ethics in the use of public resources, account regularization strategies, and financial planning, as well as the context of the electoral system and the Brazilian political-party landscape.
The course will be offered in a distance learning (EaD) format with synchronous classes and a dedicated Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) where all course content will be hosted as it is developed throughout the teaching-learning process. The didactic material is original and authored by the course instructors, specialists in the topics covered, with practical experience in legal and accounting advisory for party finances and planning.
Target audience: State Finance Secretaries, Municipal Finance Secretaries, and their respective legal and accounting advisory teams.
