The Center for Analysis of Brazilian Society (Casb) will present the research “The Working Classes and Democracy” on Monday, May 26th, at 2 PM, at Casa Carlito Maia. The panel will include commentators Marcio Pochmann, president of the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE); Marilane Teixeira, researcher at the Center for Trade Union Studies and Labor Economics (Cesit-Unicamp); and Cristina Marins, researcher at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (Cebrap).
At the same location, at 7 pm, the Perseu Abramo (PT), Lauro Campos and Marielle Franco (Psol), Maur\u00edcio Grabois (PCdoB), and Rosa Luxemburgo (Die Linke) foundations, which make up Casb, will hold the public event Less exploitation, more rights.
