Visita da Delegação do Partido dos Trabalhadores à República Popular da China, a convite do governo chinês, em abril de 2024. A comitiva petista participou do VII Seminário Teórico entre o Partido Comunista da China e o Partido dos Trabalhadores, cuja temática foi “Reforçar a Construção de Partido no Poder e Explorar o Caminho de Modernização”. A delegação do PT foi chefiada pela então presidenta nacional do partido, Gleisi Hoffmann, e coordenada pelo secretário de Relações Internacionais, Romenio Pereira. Também integraram a delegação 13 lideranças do partido, entre eles, Valter Pomar, membro do Diretório Nacional e diretor da Fundação Perseu Abramo, e Mônica Valente, à época, integrante da Executiva Nacional e secretária Executiva do Foro de São Paulo.
Visit of the Delegation of the Workers’ Party (PT), Brazil, to the People’s Republic of China, at the invitation of the Chinese Government, in April 2024. The PT delegation participated in the VII Theoretical Seminar between the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Workers’ Party, under the theme “Strengthening the Building of the Governing Party and Exploring the Path to Modernization”. The PT delegation was led by the party’s then National President, Gleisi Hoffmann, and coordinated by the Secretary for International Relations, Romênio Pereira. The delegation also included 13 party leaders, among them Valter Pomar, member of the PT National Directorate and Director of the Perseu Abramo Foundation, and Mônica Valente, then member of the PT National Executive Committee and Executive Secretary of the São Paulo Forum.
